CRIME STOPPERS CASE #827

July 7, 2008 · Leave a Comment

FOR THE WEEK JULY 6TH, 2008

Crime Stoppers needs your help in solving a residential robbery.  On the morning of June 10th, a man and woman living in the 1600 block of North Bluff were getting ready for breakfast.  The woman noticed that a vehicle had been parked backwards in their driveway for some time, so she asked her boyfriend to go see who it was.  As he went to the door, two armed men rushed into the house and forced him to the floor.  The female was able to escape out of the back door.  One of the robbers held the man at gunpoint while the other unhooked a plasma television.  The suspects then left with the TV in a dark colored vehicle.

Both suspects are described as black males in their late teens to early twenties.  One was of average height, while the other was shorter.  They both had on jackets and black ball caps.

If you have any information about this robbery or any felony crime, call Crime Stoppers at 267-2111.  You can also go to www.wsccs.com and submit a secure tip online.  If your tip leads to an arrest you may be eligible for a cash reward up to $1000.00 and Crime Stoppers will never ask your name.  Crime Stoppers of Wichita/Sedgwick County is a non-profit organization of citizens against crime.
