CRIME STOPPERS CASE #902

FOR THE WEEK JANUARY 11TH, 2009

On Friday, December 26th, burglars broke into two pharmacies on the west side of town.  Around one o’clock in the morning they tried to pry open the front door of Lindsay Pharmacy at 2131 North Ridge Road.  The burglars set off the audible alarm and ran off before the police arrived.  At around 7:30 that evening, officers responded to an alarm at Preston Socora Pharmacy at 8200 West Central Avenue.  They found a side window that was broken out and it appeared that someone had reached into the business and stole a bottle of vitamins.

If you have information about these burglaries or any felony crime, call Crime Stoppers at 267-2111.  You can also submit a tip online at www.wsccs.com or from your mobile phone by texting TIP217 then your message to CRIMES.  Both ways are secure and anonymous.  If your tip leads to an arrest you may be eligible for a cash reward up to $1000.00 and Crime Stoppers will never ask your name.  Crime Stoppers of Wichita/Sedgwick County is a non-profit organization of citizens against crime.
