The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office needs your help to solve copper wire thefts occurring in the northwest part of Sedgwick County.  In the months of January and February several farm irrigation systems located between the 15700 block and 16000 blocks of W.  101 St. N. were stripped of there copper wire. Approximately 1400 foot of copper wire was taken valued at over $8000.00 and $4000.00 in damage done do the irrigation systems.

In the same time frame, 96 Agri Sales located at 10400 N. 247th St. W. was burglarized and a spool of copper wire valued at $1700.00 was taken.
